About My Role
At Topgolf, I lead as the Augmented Reality UI/UX Designer, defining and driving the AR design strategy to enhance user experiences. I conduct extensive user research across the company, utilizing insights to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centric approach. By creating detailed prototypes and wireframes, I visualize and validate design concepts, working closely with engineers to develop comprehensive documentation. My role involves designing visually appealing, cohesive user interfaces that align with Topgolf’s brand identity while adhering to the latest design trends and best practices, ultimately elevating the overall product experience.

Phase One encompassed a comprehensive blend of activities including wireframing, site map completion, user testing, research, data collection, user journey mapping, copy testing, and UI design. By conducting user tests with over 500 participants, including in-person sessions, we identified and rectified significant issues.
