Challenge
Holiday Inn Vacation Club sought to enhance trust and engagement on their homepage. They wanted to prominently feature trusted reviews to instill confidence in potential customers while also improving website engagement and booking conversions. Additionally, they needed a fully ADA-compliant B2C design to ensure accessibility for all users.

Solution
To address these challenges, we provided a comprehensive UI/UX solution, including: Four New Homepage Designs. We created multiple homepage variations to test and identify the most effective layout for user engagement and trust-building. The Strategic Engagement Plan was to developed a new approach to drive traffic, increase time on site, and boost booking clicks. We increased trust-centric UI elements – Integrated verified customer reviews prominently on the homepage to build credibility and encourage conversions. ADA-Compliant Design – Ensured all user interface elements followed accessibility best practices, making the website inclusive and user-friendly.
